We are looking for community members to help at the Viking Festival to volunteer for 3-4 hour shifts.

We are looking for Parking Attendants, Ticket/Entrance Assistants, Logistics Set Up and Pack Up, Kids Zone Kids Activity Assistants.

Maybe you are just curious to know more about the Viking Festival.

Shifts are generally 3-4 hours long and volunteers get free entrance.

If you are willing to help and asking yourself "Where should I help?" Please respond below, and we can find the best option for you.

There are volunteer opportunities, Grounds and Facilities, Check-in, Some Stall & Booths, Kid Zone, Parking and Security. Administration, set up and take down on Friday and Sunday etc.

Saturday shifts are generally 3-4 hours – between 8:30am and 6:30pm. Please arrive 15mins prior
Set up and take down on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday to be advised – duration as required.

10am -2pm Festival site set up with Equipment Logistics team

2-5pm - Stall Bump support with stall coordinator

Saturday 6th June

6:30am–9:30am - Help stall coordinator with stall and food van bump in

9am–12pm - On sales or entrance gates

9am–12pm - Supporting festival precincts - kids zone, Viking Performance area

12pm–3pm - On sales or entrance gates

12pm–3pm - Supporting festival precincts - kids zone, music beer garden area, Viking Performance area

3pm–7pm - Supporting Kids Zone and Music Beer Garden Precinct

5:30pm–7:30pm - Help with stall bump out on North side via Nielson Lane

7:30pm–8:30pm - Help with stall bump out on south side via back of RSL and Jacobs Drive

7:30pm–8:30pm - Help with stall bump out on north side via Jacobs Drive and Neilson Lane entrance
